Magic Men came to my townhouse and they were honest, forthright, and took time in getting the job done the right way. Charles came back and did some grout work on my shower as well as cleaned out my shower body sprays, very happy with his work and how he explained to me the issues. The head boss, Mike ran the crew and answered all my questions and got back to me when I contacted hime within minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing needs.

I received a fair estimate and Mil came out a couple of days later to complete my project. He was friendly and professional, and kept me informed and asked for my input throughout the process. The next day I noticed my water heater was still shut off from the project. I called Mil and he dropped what he was doing to come back to turn it back on. Willy did a great job clearing my kitchen drain clog. Super responsive, came out within a day and had it completed in 30 minutes. Quote was exactly as promised before he started the work, and they don’t charge you the quote fee (even if you don’t use them) if they come out M-F 9-5 which is nice. Would use again!
